Our Pastor & First Lady

Mrs. Tanya Quann, affectionately known as Lady Quann, was born, raised and educated in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.  She tirelessly gives of her time and God given talents to not only the Bethlehem congregation but to the community at large.  She has served in many ministries at Bethlehem, and she has taken on the enormous task of coordinating the annual church picnic, a wonderful fellowship for the Bethlehem families, friends and neighboring agencies for underprivileged children.  Her most recent ministry is the Leisurites, a ministry that began with Line Dancing and has blossomed to doing many social and cultural activities.  One of Lady Quann’s most notable accomplishments was helping to organize the Genesis Foundation, which raises money each year to donate to a noteworthy charity.
Lady Quann serves as Recording Secretary for the Baptist Ministers’ Wives and Ministers’ Widows Union of Philadelphia and vicinity; currently serves as Chaplain of the Epicureans and most recently became a member of the Women’s Board of Abington Memorial Hospital.
Pastor and Lady Quann are both anointed and humble servants of God, who demonstrate by example spiritual growth in their personal walk with God.  Pastor Quann has been steadfast on his watch and has brought a stronger focus to each of us regarding our Christian responsibility to our global, national and local communities, our beloved church and to one another. We thank God that Pastor and Lady Quann said “yes” to God’s call to shepherd the congregation of Bethlehem Baptist Church, especially as we celebrate this 125th Church Anniversary.
